This application collects and processes only the minimum data necessary for accurate time tracking, project reporting, and digital approval auditing:

• Account Information: Username, cryptographically hashed password, role, company name, and optional contact details (email and phone number) used for system notifications.
• Timesheet & Project Logs: Daily start/end times, break durations, project numbers, activity descriptions, and day-off indicators.
• Digital Signature & Audit Trail Data: When a timesheet is digitally signed or approved/disapproved, the system records the timestamp, public WAN IP address, and browser/IP geolocation solely for verification and compliance auditing.
• Security & Retention: Failed login attempts are temporarily logged to prevent unauthorized brute-force access. Timesheet records are retained according to your organization's configured retention policy.
